South African Women in Computing

Home

The aim of this web page is to provide information about women and computing in South Africa and to present the programs and individuals that are involved in addressing issues relating to women in computing.

This web page was developed as part of the ACM's Committee on Women in Computing (ACM-W) Ambassador Project. Funding for the development and maintenance of this page was provided by the ACM-W.

The page includes statistics from studies that show the number of women in computing over the years and provide other resources on gender issues in general.

If you have information about programs not on this page, please contact us so we can add them.
